At the beginning of 1900, Mikao Usui said that “mind and body are one”. And, although today it seems superfluous, science just is beginning now it to include/understand, although still they are many doctors who try to the “ill organ”. The system of Reiki also is being accepted in hospitals worldwide. It is used before and after operations and it has been verified that were a much smaller use of tranquilizers for the pains, brief internment in the hospital and an increase in the well-being of the patient.
The Dr. Mehmet Oz, surgeon cardiologist, worked with Julie Motz, that applied Reiki to him to its patients. They were people who had received heart transplant, or undergone open heart operations. Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the treatments with Reiki in chronic diseases.
Procedure: one carried out in 5 patients in danger of life and chronic diseases like lupus, fibromialgia, and multiple sclerosis. One was them during 10 weeks with 11 treatments Reiki to each. During that period no other new treatment was not used. Initially three treatments in consecutive days and soon one per week occurred during eight weeks.
Results: it was examined to patients 1) before beginning the study, 2) after the third treatment, 3) after the tenth treatment. Each individual was measured by electrical resistance of the skin in three points of acupuncture of hands and feet. In thorax the cervical point/the measurements happened of 25% underneath the normal thing to the normal rank. The adrenal measurements were of 8.3% underneath normal to normal. The measurements of the spleen were of 7.8% underneath the normal thing to normal after only three sessions. Pain, anxiety, and depression in chronic patients
The test in 120 patients became with: headache, arthritis, ulcer, cancer, cardiac disease, asthma and HIV. This is a detail of everything what today it can be measurable by science, which already is enough. Still there is much way to cross. The beneficial effects of the Reiki are enormous not yet studied and systematized, because they do not have to do with medical questions. With Reiki the harmony with other people, an approach, a reconciliation can be worked. With Reiki it is possible to be worked by La Paz. energy that treats energy can be sent so that a person finds a job, or finds its course, its way in the life.
