Everything what exists in the universe comes from the same source, all we have an origin of a same divine source, all we have a common origin that it was the original will of the Creator to give the life us and by which everything what exists in our surroundings accompanies to us during our stay in this earth.
For that reason we are impregnated of the divine essence and with the individuality that God has granted to us we comprised of the universal cosmic unit.
Thus each organization of the creation with that we have contact, or person, animal, vegetable or mineral, is deserving of all our respect, amiability, compassion and love, this attitude of loving esteem to all the created one makes us remember that all we come from a same origin locating us in a position that satisfies us emotionally and that overwhelms our vital expectations and our same existential doubt when experimenting to us like part of the creation, which makes us feel nourished us by a sensation of property to brings back to consciousness of the cosmic and universal unit.
When we project towards our surroundings these feelings made up of our feelings of love and positive energy we will begin to also receive them.
On the contrary, when we projected on the other negative feelings or simply the indifference we felt remote of our source, since it is because we despised or we were indifferent with we our self so that all we come from a common origin and we have the same divine essence in our interior, worthy of the greater respect and the deepest love.
The first step to realize this principle is love you and respect you same, because constantly you criticisms, you not deign and you have a poor opinion of your own person and this is what you will reflect on the others.
When you are not appraised and you do not love yourself unconditionally same, your internal criterion this saying to you constantly that you are not the quite good thing and this takes to you to feel infelicity and dissatisfaction falling the joy in our daily acts and our relations with the others, to which we valued of a as low form as we ourself. But as soon as we began to introduce the love in our relations we will notice that a well-known transformation in our life and our health begins increasing our joy to live and our happiness and satisfaction by everything what we do.
If love you is difficult to you same it thinks that everything has a principle and that like a long way is crossed taking small steps, the principle in Reiki is to realize an act of love that back leave to the thoughts and the negative attitudes towards you and towards the others.
To face to your difficult relations, it remembers whenever each physical person has in her interior a light being and come to him with respect and love.
