During our life, we live through a series of very varied emotions, but at least two of them we might catalogue them like useless: the guilt and the worry.

The unique thing that they do is that we waste our time and our health. The first one of them is related to the past, and the second one to the future. The first one of them what it does is that we remain immobilized by faults of the past, whereas the second one immobilizes us for something on what we do not have control.
Both what they provoke is to make ourselves feel anxious in the present. Something that we see in the faces and in the words of many persons who surround us it is someone of these two feelings: well guilt for something that they did in the past or worry for what it could manage to spend to them in the future.
In both cases the result is the same, we are wasting our present time.
From small they have inculcated us that if something matters for us, when something related works badly, we have to worry and give him a lot of importance. It is as if we were showing our interest towards this thing feeling culprits, the opposite us deshumaniza.
A thing is to learn lessons of the past that help us to grow and to develop, and very different other one is that I make concrete this feeling prevent you from acting in now.

In many occasions, great part of the worries that you have, they owe to things on those who do not even have control. It is a question of an almost irrational fear of the future.
To finish with the worries you can follow different routes:
1. Your present lives as a moment to live and to enjoy, not as a moment to get obsessed.
2. It fixes a concrete moment of the day in which to devote yourself to your possible worries, the rest of the day estate freely of them.
Definitively, it learns to live through your present, your now. As nothing it uses to get obsessed with the past or future, only we can live in now. He remembers that the key of everything is in the present.
